💸 Refund Policy
At Xtreme Auto Glass, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our service-based business:

All services are non-refundable once labor and materials have been provided or the installation has been completed.

If you are unsatisfied with your repair or replacement for any reason, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of service so we can inspect and address the issue.

If any part of your installation fails due to workmanship or material defects, this may be covered under our warranty (see below).
Note: No refunds are provided for missed appointments without prior cancellation or no-shows.
🛡️ Limited Lifetime Warranty
We proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all our auto glass installations.
What’s Covered:

Air leaks or water leaks around installed glass

Loose molding or improper sealant application

Manufacturer defects in replacement glass (OEM or equivalent)
What’s Not Covered:

Damage due to accidents, vandalism, misuse, or impact after installation

Rust damage interfering with glass adhesion
-
Future cracks or chips unrelated to our installation
How to Claim:
Contact us at (647) 507-5078 or info@xtremeautoglass.ca with proof of service and a photo or video of the issue. Warranty coverage is valid only for the original vehicle and customer.
